ACT-BT5712U-v2 is designed to provide a bridge solution between two different wireless technologies on data transmission: IrDA® and Bluetooth®. It can convert Data received through Bluetooth (SPP profile support only) from sender to traditional IrDA data or vice versa. Using Configuration Utility, you can set parameters at IR side. It is battery powered in addition to AC power operation. This makes the bridge ideal for use in the field application.
